LuLaRoe Bank Account Validation
When you are a LuLaRoe consultant, you process payments
through Audrey. This is a system custom to LuLaRoe (In case you couldn't
already tell by it having a name!) so don’t ask any other direct sales
consultant with another company how to do something- just as a fellow LuLaLove.
For credit card payments you invoice people through Audrey and for cash sales
you enter in the sale in Audrey. This lets LuLaRoe total your sales to rank you
in the sales report and calculate how much sales tax to remit on your behalf at
the end of the year.
When someone pays by credit card, they pay through the link
that comes in their Audrey invoice. LuLaRoe then sends this payment to your
bank account once it has been processed. For this to happen though, you need to
validate your banking information with LuLaRoe- just like any other direct
deposit of a paycheck from another job. To do this, you enter your banking
information in BLESS. See here for the steps right from LuLaRoe home
office! Note the date on this PDF- 10/6/16- so keep in mind that by the time
you may be reading this they may have updated the system and process a bit.
Please don’t blame me if it’s no longer the process when they make Audrey
bigger and better for us!

Your account information has been updated in Audrey. Two verification
deposits have been sent to your updated account and should be deposited
within the next 3-5 business days. Once received you will need to enter
the deposits amounts into Audrey in order to validate your account and
receive deposits. For any concerns please contact support.

I got this email on a Thursday after submitting my banking information the previous Saturday. I have not seen the test deposits yet which seems unusual since I have a credit union and I normally see test deposits the same day. That's what happened when I set up my PayPal account with my LuLaRoe bank account- set it up the same Saturday and had the deposits that Monday, the next business day. But it could be just like the LuLaRoe on-boarding process- they have so many accounts to verify that it really does just take them 3-5 business days to get to you. At least they send out that courtesy email informing you that you entered everything right and tell you to keep an eye out!

By the way- I highly recommend that you have a separate LuLaRoe checking and savings account before you on-board. (Future post for more details) Because of this I wouldn’t add banking information into BLESS until you have these separate accounts set up.
If the above doesn't help, or you can't access the document for some reason, here are the step-by-step directions for re-validating your bank information, written by LLR:
When updating your banking information. We ask for you to go back to your account and confirm the two small deposits you have received. When entering the small deposits in Audrey, do not enter the decimal for the cents, i.e. the deposit in your account is 0.40, it would be entered as just 40 cents not .40. We want to ensure we serve you in the best way possible, and in order for us to proceed, we need to confirm you are receiving the deposits. If you have not received the two small deposits, please re-update your banking information. See below for the steps to update your account information. Once updated, it will take around three to five business days. Once you have received and confirmed the deposits, you will start to receive your payments, which will take the normal processing time to deposit. Thank you for all you do!
Update Banking Information
At top right of the page click on your name
In the drop down menu click on "My Settings"
Click on your current banking information
Select the Edit button
At this point to trigger an update in the system you'll need to remove, save, re-add and save a single digit in your account number

The system will now recognize the account change and will send test deposits to your account.
Wait for the test deposits (3-5 Business Days) to make their way into your account.
Once you have received the deposits, you will need to go back to the "My Settings" page to validate.

Deposits Received - Verify Banking Information
Click on the "Validate Bank" button.
Enter the two amounts that were deposited into your bank.
Finalize by clicking on the "Validate" button.
