LuLaRoe- Damages

There are customers out there that only buy our leggings (crazy, I know- the other styles are even better!) and because that's all they buy, buying a lot of them, they seem to have a higher rate of damages. Holes, tearing, blowouts, etc. Yes, it happens but the LuLaRoe damage rate is lower than the industry standard- by a lot. Our products are quality.
Here's the secret: most of our damages are in leggings. If that's all you buy, you're more likely to see damages happen to you. Simple.

Anyways, we recieved this from the home office a few months ago and I can't really word it any better than they did:

Currently there seems to be some confusion around the quality of LuLaRoe products and our return policies. We ship hundreds of thousands of products daily; regardless of our extensive Quality Assurance program, it is inevitable that some of our products may have small imperfections or do not meet our full quality standards. LuLaRoe supports a retail return policy through our Consultants and will continue to stand behind our products. We are confident in you and encourage you to continue to be confident and proud of the work you're doing to Bless Lives and Strengthen Families.

Yes- they've always got our backs. And yes, they always end emails by telling us they believe in us. This company is wonderful and enouraging <3
