LuLaRoe's design team places order for fabric, styles, sizes, etc. 5-6 months in advance. That means that right now, they're ordering pieces that will be shipped to consultants in October! (ummmm can you say Halloween designs?!? ;) ) They have to project out how much we are going to be selling that far in advance, looking at our current growth rate. BUT they are constantly bringing on new consultants! Plus consultants are only GROWING their business! All that means we keep breaking EVERY goal and projection they plan. This is how the great TC legging shortage of 2016 happened- they had no idea they would be so high in demand!
